IS THERE ANYTHING FOR CHILDREN?
Yes! Here at First Flint Seventh-day Adventist Church, we always make sure that our church is a place for kids to enjoy learning about Jesus. For us, church is the perfect place for children of all ages to come together to meet new friends, sing and make crafts, and all while growing closer to Jesus. Here are a few of the things we have going on for kids:
We have classes for children of all ages every Saturday morning from 9:30 am to 10:40 am. During that hour, kids learn a Bible lesson for the day, sing, make crafts, and hear Bible and mission stories.
CHILDREN'S STORY TIME
Church begins with a joyful Family SingTime followed by a children's story. Young children come to the front of the church (sometimes with a parent) to hear a story just for them. We tell stories about Jesus, about children sharing their faith, and nature stories--all designed to help our kids learn that Jesus is the best Friend they could ever have. Some children also enjoy praying out loud at the very end.
Our Adventurer and Pathfinder Clubs are a fun way to help your children (ages 4-18) to build strong Christian characters, grow closer to Jesus, discover the joy of helping others, and learn new hobbies and skills. These clubs meet during the week but sometimes they enjoy fun family activities on Saturday afternoon.
WELCOME TO OUR CHURCH!
